It's made in a unique Malabar style, where summer-picked beans are exposed to the monsoon rains and winds for about 3-4 months, causing the beans to swell, lose their acidity, and turn mellow. This coffee here is a classic Monsoon Malabar coffee - pleasantly charred, beautifully balanced and gentle on the palate, with a touch of earth and tannins that make their presence felt ever so slightly. You can brew it hot or cold, and the coffee will still taste every bit as elegant and delicious.
