To prepare a perfect cup of Chai Allow 2tsp of tea for every 2 cups of water & bring it to boil. Add milk, sugar as desired & steep for 3-4 minutes. Sieve and serve.

2. Bring the water to the boil and then let it cool down to 70-80 degree celsius.
